**I’m happy to share that Lynn’s Home Improvement has followed through and completed the necessary repairs to my siding—and I’m very pleased with the final results.
While there were some delays and communication challenges along the way, Gerald and his team ultimately made things right. The ripple issue in the board and batten siding has been addressed, and everything now looks great.
I appreciate the company taking the time to follow up and stand behind their work. In the end, I’m satisfied with the quality and happy to have the project completed properly.**
I had a decent experience with Lynn’s Home Improvement—at least at the beginning. Gerald, the company’s owner, came to my home and gave me a free estimate. His quote was significantly lower than the previous company’s, and I decided to go with Lynn’s not just because of the price, but also because Gerald is a friend of my fiancé.
Initially, the work looked great. But I soon noticed a ripple in the board and batten siding. I contacted Gerald and sent him pictures of the issue. He responded promptly at first and sent the team back to correct the problem. However, as soon as they left, the ripple reappeared.
Gerald then said the issue was likely due to the siding itself, not the installation. He assured me that he would contact the manufacturer and reorder the siding. The replacement was originally supposed to arrive the week of April 28. Then it was pushed to the week of May 19. Then again to the week of June 23.
After that, my calls and texts began going unanswered. To this day, I still haven’t received a response from Gerald. Both my fiancé and I have tried reaching out multiple times. I even left a message with the receptionist, but still received no return call.
What started as a promising experience has unfortunately turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation, and I am still left with faulty siding and no resolution.
